"Abbiategrasso Friendly Community for People with Dementia."

This is the pilot project that Federazione Alzheimer Italia has started within the international activism program "Dementia Friendly Community" (DFC), born on the initiative of Alzheimer's Society. The main objectives are the reduction of social stigma towards people with dementia, through the involvement of institutions and operators of public and private services, and the participation in the process of social change by people with dementia and their families in all phases of implementation.
